We undertook initial inspections to ascertain the extent of the defects and compiled appropriate information to prepare a specification for the works.

Remedial works included render repairs, fascia & soffit repairs, waterproofing to the podium deck and treatment of corroded steelwork to the underground carpark.

As contract administrators we were responsible for preparing a schedule of works and obtaining competitive tenders. We were then responsible for administering the contract from inception to completion.
