A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH TO PRACTICAL ENGINEERING

IEng,AMIStructE Tim is a founding Partner with over thirty five years’ in the industry, gaining valuable experience whilst working for both consultants and national based contractors. He has worked in a wide variety of sectors from house building, structural steelwork including the petrochemical and nuclear power industries, multi-storey reinforced concrete structures for residential and commercial Clients, as well as major commercial refurbishments. With a focus on “construction engineering” and experience in complex temporary works design, including the £210m remodelling of The Savoy Hotel in Central London, his engineering designs are balanced aesthetically as well as practically. Tim plays a key role in managing business operations as well as a hands on approach to design delivery, bringing a practical and buildable approach to the way BWP develop their Client’s design.

BEng (Hons) MSc CEng MICE Zoe joined us as a Partner in April 2022 and has many years’ experience in the design and delivery of large residential projects, and also specialises in light gauge steel frame design.

Starting her career in a draughting office before becoming an Engineer means she has an eye for detail. She is also registered with the ICE as a mentor to support other Engineers on their progression to Chartership.

BEng (Hons) CEng, MICE A background of experience that encompasses building structures, civil and highway structures, marine and survey works. Gary has also carried out site supervision to monitor the construction of structural elements and temporary works.

Ashley is an Incorporated Engineer, IEng MICE, experienced in residential structural design. He is committed to providing an efficient solution to any situation and is eager to expand his knowledge.

With nearly 20 years’ experience, Jason’s CAD knowledge extends to most disciplines within the construction industry. He specialises in reinforced concrete and has been RC Detailing since the age of 18. “I believe in getting it right first time around, no mistakes in the office, means fewer setbacks on site, resulting in a more efficient and cost effective project for our client”.

MEng (Hons) Sagyan is a project engineer with broad experience in providing for both residential and commercial Projects. Sagyan is keenly interested in concrete structures and is committed to achieving excellent safety, functionality, and aesthetic solutions.

Thanan has experience working on both smaller housing projects and larger projects. He is keen to keep learning and grow as a structural engineer.

Julie helps to coordinate the various subsidence claims, liaising directly with homeowners on behalf of Loss Adjusters

As a secretary, Jenny puts organised into the organisation.

As the Accounts Manager, it is Charlottes job to oversee the financial operations that support the delivery of projects. Working closely with the wider team to ensure accurate reporting, effective cost control, and smooth financial processes across all stages of a project. She also assists the partners to ensure all HR/office duties are completed in a timely manner.

MEng (Hons) Has a broad range of experience having worked on numerous residential schemes, hospitals, large scale infrastructure projects, offshore structures, a football stand and blast design.  Experienced designer in reinforced, precast and post tensioned concrete, and hot and cold rolled steel.  Competent in non-linear FEA, plastic deformation models, & footfall analysis.
