Bovis Homes are constructing part of a new housing estate on farmland outside of Bexhill, East Sussex.  The site is complicated by steeply sloping sides, necessitating extensive re-contouring.  In spite of this re-contouring, the proposals for the site require a significant number of retaining walls to allow the gardens to remain relatively level.  Working closely with the Client, Architects, and Civil Engineers, BWP have, since 2018, been involved in the Structural Engineering aspects of this site, including the foundations and above ground elements of the houses, garages and apartment blocks and the retaining walls needed across the site.
