Thornton Road is a 4-storey apartment block in Croydon, Surrey, constructed in masonry, steel and concrete.  BWP are involved with all aspects of the Structural Engineering on this building, liaising with the client and the architects.  The scheme involves a number of complex steelwork layout elements, as a significant part of the first floor of the building cantilevers out over a ground floor parking area to the rear of the building.
