Do you export internationally?
We are an international company, we have sales representatives in the USA, UK and Scandinavia. For all other global markets, we are able to provide quotes F.O.B.
Should I be concerned about the colour variation within a product?
If you are concerned about colour variation you can order a sample panel for a refundable deposit. Please remember that we are not creating exact copies of floor panels or hand samples, we are creating individual floors with their own unique personality and charm.
Do you fit the floor for commercial projects?
We offer a 100% certified and insured supply and fit service for large commercial projects.
Do you fit the floor for domestic projects?
We do not have a supply and fit service for our domestic customers. However, we have an extense list of experienced and fully certified floor fitters for your project.
Do I need to pay the delivery? Anything else that I should know?
Due to its size and weight, all orders will be delivered via a 3rd party haulage company to the kerbside only and as such there will need to be plenty of labour on site to help unload the vehicle on the day of delivery. All deliveries (National/International) will have a delivery fee to cover the transportation costs.
