Highwood Close is a high end development of 3 luxury 5 bedroom properties and a conversion of an existing dwelling.

This was a challenging development as it was situated on a very steep site and had a large number of retained trees. Therefore the road design had to incorporate check dams within the paving and root protection zones.

The project also involved liaison with the Local Lead Flood Authority and Environment Agency as it was in a Zone 2 source protection zone.

3 dimensional modelling was used to design the private drive to gain the most beneficial levels and gradients on a complex site
